Looking back at everything ScaleUp helped me to achieve, here are few of the highlights: Designed a solid Supply Planning Process capable of supporting multiple “what-if” scenario that ultimately led to decision making. Designed a robust yet flexible end-to-end supply planning tool that provides a holistic view while supporting planning for every supply chain node.  Almost a year has passed since a successful launch and the processes and the supply tool proved their capabilities, therefore, I am still using the same processes and planning tool to launch in multiple EU markets. I cannot speak highly enough about ScaleUp and their management and execution team and I highly recommend them.
