  • Identified and developed 2 Lean Champions from each sub-service lines through specific Lean trainings and certification program
  • Deployment of structured Voice of Customer (VOC), Voice of Business (VOB), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback mechanisms to refine processes and increase responsiveness. Advanced training programs like Yellow Belt training and certification to deepen Lean knowledge.
  • Recognition frameworks for Kaizen and other improvement activities to motivate continuous enhancement.

Results

  • Through rigorous application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, achieved a significant reduction in process variability, enhancing outputs and service levels.
  • Increased alignment of projects with business goals, with a notable rise in the number of projects linked to business/team goals from 5 to 18.
  • 30% Enhanced idea generation and people engagement, as evidenced by an increase in Kaizens submitted from 60 to 135, submission to implementation ratio from 30% to >50% and unique idea submitters from 4% to ~10%
  • Higher certification rates among team members, growing from 20 to 50, which underlined a deeper understanding and implementation of Lean principles across the board.
